As part of our internal sales team, you will support our Key Account Managers in managing our clients from the industrial sector. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, prepare offers, coordinate internally with technical and logistics departments—and ensure, behind the scenes, that our solutions reaches the customer quickly, precisely, and reliably. In this role, you organize, you manage and you are a service provider for our demanding customer relationships.

This is the job:

  • Development of the business with our existing customers and identify new opportunities
  • Creation and updating sales offers, as well as maintaining all relevant offer and order data in the ERP-system
  • Building an information network with our application engineers to ensure customer inquiries are reflected and providing clear, technically sound feedback to customers
  • As a central point of contact for our customers, you will accompany the entire process—from offer creation to order completion—and ensure smooth order processing and shipping
  • Working with the CRM system and continuously optimizing processes in collaboration with the sales team
  • Operational support in key account management and contributing to strategic development
  • Participation in campaigns, trade fairs, and sales-related activities
  • Creation and maintenance of reports in sales controlling to ensure transparency of processes and results
  • Support in contract management as well as internal documentation

This is you:

To successfully handle these exciting and varied tasks, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship—ideally with experience in internal sales or technical customer service
  • Good technical understanding and the ability to present complex information in a structured and customer-friendly manner
  • Confident handling of CRM systems, MS Office, and ideally ERP solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a passion for clear processes
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken, both English and German
  • Service-oriented approach with the ambition to ensure customer satisfaction
  • A team player attitude, able to connect information internally and think ahead
  • Initiative and enthusiasm for shaping structures and driving things forward
